La Sierra Tower

La Sierra Tower is one of ten luxury condominium highrises located on 32 acres of oceanfront property which comprise the Coronado Shores. A unique community located adjacent to the historic Hotel Del Coronado and minutes away from downtown San Diego. La Sierra was built in 1970 and is distinguished by it’s location, the service provided by its staff and the superior condition of the building.

La Sierra Tower is the closest building to the Hotel Del Coronado that is directly on the ocean, giving it the premiere location in all the Coronado Shores community. Fine dining, boutique shopping and pristine sandy beaches are all within walking distance.

Jim Scanlon, manager of the building since 1984, and his staff provide a superior level of service. Since 2007 the building has completed a major upgrade of the elevators and remodel of the entrance and all interior common lobbies and hallways. Additionally, the replacement of all balcony railings, spalling and repainting of the building have recently been completed.
