La Perla Tower

La Perla Tower was the seventh condo tower developed in Coronado Shores. Completed in 1976, this is one of four towers in the community that is square shaped. La Perla Tower is located on the beach at 1780 Avenida Del Mundo, in the center of the neighborhood, immediately north of Avenue De Las Arenas. Most condos here enjoy beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and/or the Coronado Bridge, Point Loma, Glorietta Bay, San Diego Bay and downtown San Diego. La Perla Tower is well positioned within the Coronado Shores community for easy access to amenities, as a fitness center is on the premises, and a pool, spa and two tennis courts are located within 200 feet of the building.
